In this role, you'll:
- Support the operation of SAP's Compliance Management System.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Field Compliance Officers.
- Maintain accurate and auditable compliance training records within SAP.
- Analyse training and compliance data and produce regular reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate monthly metrics and management reporting.
- Support sentiment analysis and programme effectiveness assessments.
- Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of compliance training courses.
- Support project planning, tracking, research, and data management activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and drive efficiencies through data and automation.
- Support the Compliance Culture Program Office and wider Office of Ethics & Compliance on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Develop knowledge of Learning Management Systems and learning analytics tools.
What you bring:
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to use initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with SAP, Learning Management Systems, or compliance programmes is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial but not essential
