Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

** To complement the team and for customer proximity requirements, this role is based in Belgium and we can only consider candidates which will not require a relocation **

Job Summary

The Demand Management Expert for the Corporate Segment is the strategic engine driving end-to-end demand creation and funnel acceleration across Digital, Field, and Partner-led motions for the Benelux market (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg). This role owns the Benelux Demand Management strategy for Corporate accounts within the EMEA operating model, ensuring strong contribution to pipeline growth, progression and conversion, and tight alignment with Sales, the Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations.

You will orchestrate efficient, insight-led demand tactics focused on net-new logo acquisition, operational excellence across the funnel, and scalable execution across countries while maintaining consistency with EMEA guidance and global standards. Through deep analysis of campaign performance and enablement of best practices, you will inform investment decisions and deliver measurable business impact for the Benelux Corporate segment.

You will be an integral part of a lean, high-impact Benelux Demand Management team, working in close collaboration with the Head of Demand Management. Beyond the local team, you will actively engage with a wider regional and global Demand Management community to secure Benelux focus and exchange best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

  1. Benelux Demand Management Strategy & Governance
  • Lead and evolve the Benelux Demand Management strategy for the Corporate segment, aligned with EMEA and global guidance across Digital, Field, and Partner motions.
  • Establish clear frameworks, guidance, and operating rhythms that align Benelux execution with EMEA direction.
  • Ensure programs empower in-country execution (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) while maintaining end-to-end consistency of messaging, execution standards, compliance, and measurement.
  1. Demand Planning Discipline
  • Structure a demand plan whilst tracking against pipeline targets and adjusting based on data.
  • Partner with all Demand Sources and Solution areas to secure an integrated Demand Generation plan.
  1. Drive Net-New Logo Acquisition & Expansion Efficiency
  • Design and optimize demand programs tailored to Benelux Corporate buying behaviours and market dynamics.
  • Identify whitespace in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg; pilot new motions with measurable impact on inbound/outbound contribution and early-stage pipeline creation.
  • Increase demand efficiency by prioritizing high-yield activities and eliminating low-value tactics.
  1. Funnel Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner closely with Sales, the Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations to improve conversion rates, accelerate velocity, and increase ROI across the funnel for Benelux Corporate accounts.
  • Continuously monitor funnel health and coverage across Benelux, identifying bottlenecks and guiding corrective actions.
  • Support aligned, insight-driven operating rhythms across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
  1. Performance Analysis, Insight Delivery & Optimization
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across Digital, Field, and Partner motions to evaluate pipeline contribution, quality, and velocity in Benelux.
  • Evaluate the performance of demand sources—campaigns, partners, events, and digital channels—across Benelux to determine what reliably generates quality Corporate pipeline.
  • Surface insights, patterns, and best practices that drive continuous improvement and higher-impact investments.
  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations on where to start, stop, or scale.
  1. Opportunity Quality, Governance & Risk Monitoring
  • Monitor early-stage pipeline quality (including discontinued or disqualified opportunities) and surface root causes with improvement plans.
  • Drive higher qualification rigor and challenge speculative pipeline in partnership with Sales and RevOps, ensuring forecast integrity.
  1. Cross-Functional Leadership & Senior Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales, Digital Hub, Marketing, and Partner leadership on Corporate demand investments and funnel performance in Benelux.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams by leading data-driven discussions and ensuring clarity on goals, KPIs, and execution plans.

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Proven experience in Demand Generation or Demand Management within a technology/SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth for Corporate or Mid-Market segments within Benelux or EMEA.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Digital, and Marketing Operations to optimize funnel performance and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations and implement them at pace.
  • Strong program management skills, proficient especially in activating virtual teams and secure relevant outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence in a highly matrixed EMEA organization.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch and French strongly preferred (Luxembourgish or German a plus).
  • Solid understanding of EU GDPR and local privacy/marketing compliance across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Success Measures

  • Growth of Corporate net-new and upsell pipeline in Benelux and contribution to revenue targets.
  • Improved funnel conversion rates and reduced cycle times across Benelux Corporate motions.
  • Strong alignment and execution quality across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg; consistent adherence to EMEA standards.
  • Adoption and scale of Benelux demand frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Improved attribution accuracy and data-driven investment decisions.

Role Logistics

  • Primary location: Brussels office (Belgium); hybrid working model available.
  • Expected travel within Benelux for key events, partner engagements, and field activation as needed.
