What You'll Build
- Administrative Support – effectively plan and align calendars for leadership, team, and broader stakeholder management calls. Take minutes and ensure follow-up to agreed action items through efficient communication.
- Cost & Expense Management - support budget planning, identifying suitable options for funding e.g. team activities. Provide delegate approval where applicable and maintain travel expense accuracy for the team.
- Assist with workforce coordination tasks – including follow-up with vendors on replacement positions, team lead checks on recruitment progress, and Fieldglass/system updates, supporting accurate capacity management tasks
- Prepare Management Presentations – design, update, reformate… relevant content for team, leadership, meeting and reporting purposes. Coordinate input across teams, ensuring it is accurate, on-brand, and comprehensive.
- Cross-team collaboration - Work closely with other assistants, project managers, and stakeholders across BASE and SAP to support overarching departmental topics. This includes escalation deflection or handover to the appropriate owners.
- Project Management – identify or engage in relevant projects, conducting research, cross team alignment, or similar where opportunities arise.
What You Bring
- Very proficient in working with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, knowing how to take charge towards progress, while showing empathy and organizational agility.
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and in content preparation considering context and objectives. Knows how to enable transparency and when to ensure confidentiality.
- Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, understanding priorities based on urgency and stakeholder/leadership hierarchy
- A confident yet resilient professional with a friendly demeanor, curious to explore and engaged to go the extra mile. Interesting in evolving the role to create value add.
- Quick to connect the dots and with people, therefore knows how to build and leverage their network

- You will join a global end-user support environment providing assistance to the VP of Business Application Support, and joining their leadership team
- The role operates primarily through MS Office Suite and standard SAP communication channels, but also knows how to get high-level insights on escalating incidents or system issues.
- You will grow and continue to evolve the team assistance role, supporting the continuous team evolution by helping with accountability, transparency, and stakeholder requirements in a consistently evolving environment.
