What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and maintaining key project documentation – including meeting minutes, file structures, and update logs

• Assisting with project reporting, including tracking progress against timeframes and budgets

• Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day coordination, administrative tasks, and communications across teams and contractors

• Acting as a go-to point of contact for general project support

• Taking ownership of small projects or specific workstreams to apply and grow your skills

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to structure your time effectively

• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop

• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Great communication skills and a team-first approach

• No previous project management experience required – just a passion for making things happen and an interest in infrastructure delivery
