You bring a consultative mindset and are comfortable operating in complex, multi-programme environments, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You’re skilled at translating business and change requirements into practical, people centred learning interventions, using recognised learning and change frameworks such as ADDIE and ADKAR to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to organisational goals.
To join our team, you must also have.
- Analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage learning activity across competing demands.
