- Build a strong foundation in Group Compliance, whilst enjoying structured rotational placements across Consultancy, Audit and Anti-Money Laundering/ Financial Crime Prevention teams
- Hybrid working on offer, spending circa 20% of your time at our Stratford-upon-Avon office and up to 80% homeworking
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NFU Mutual’s Group Compliance function in a role designed to build breadth, capability and long term career potential. As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll support the work of the wider Group Compliance Department, working closely with teams specialising in Conduct Regulation Assurance, Financial Crime and Compliance Consultancy.
The role is rotational in nature, giving you exposure across all three areas and helping you develop a strong understanding of regulatory expectations, conduct risk and compliance best practice. You’ll play a key role in assessing regulatory change, supporting assurance activity, identifying emerging risks and promoting good customer outcomes across the business.
You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, building trusted relationships and contributing to a strong control environment that supports compliance by design. This role offers an excellent platform for development within Group Compliance, creating a pipeline of future talent while allowing you to grow your technical, analytical and communication skills.
The role is based at our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford upon Avon, with hybrid working available to support a positive work life balance.
About you
Our ideal candidate would bring experience of working in a regulated or risk aware environment and enjoy getting to grips with complex information. Naturally inquisitive and tenacious, you’re comfortable analysing data, interpreting regulation and communicating your findings clearly to a range of audiences. You enjoy collaborating with others, balancing multiple priorities and contributing to work that supports good customer outcomes.
To succeed in this role, we'd love you to bring:
- Experience in an analytical role within a regulated environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, plain language
- An organised and proactive approach, enabling you to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Curiosity and confidence to ask questions, challenge thinking and explore emerging risks
- The ability to build consensus and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
You’ll also are likely to be educated to degree level and/or have equivalent work experience within Compliance, Conduct Regulation, Financial Crime, Audit or Legal functions.
