About the Business Unit :

Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center, hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.

Key Deliverables:

• Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models using OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) and MicroStation.

• Produce BIM deliverables including drawings, schedules, reports, and model-based documentation.

• Manage project information, workflows, and document control through ProjectWise.

• Participate in multidisciplinary model coordination, clash resolution, and design reviews.

• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, project standards, and information management requirements.

• Conduct model QA/QC reviews and support continuous improvement of BIM processes.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve coordinated project delivery.

• Support digital innovation, automation, and interoperability between Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Knowledge on Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD & ACC is preferred along with the above

Candidate Specification

Professional Experience :

• 5+ years of BIM modelling and coordination experience.

Essential Skills & Software :

• Proven experience using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, MicroStation, and ProjectWise on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience delivering projects in buildings, transportation, aviation, water, or infrastructure sectors.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
