Qualifications & Experience

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• ✨ Deliver WOW-worthy moments! Create engaging, interactive experiences that leave a lasting impression
• 👟 Lead from the floor! Be a visible leader who jumps in to support the team and inspire outstanding guest service.
• 🤝 Team Collaboration. Work closely with operations management to keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.
• 🎓 Be the role model. Train and coach Guest Experience Hosts to deliver LEGOLAND’s world-class service with a smile.
• 🌈 Make it right. Resolve guest concerns with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.
• 🛡️ Keep it safe. Champion health & safety standards and encourage your team to do the same.

🎈 Training & Development:

• 📚 Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• 📋 Help track training completion and sign-offs to keep the team empowered and informed.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 💼 Previous guest service or hospitality experience is a must.
• 🧸 A love for entertaining children and families in a fun, energetic environment.
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills and the ability to train, guide, and lead others.
• 😄 A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for teamwork and leadership.

Pay Range
