Leisure Operations Receptionist
Location: Alton Towers Resort
Hours/Availability: Ideally applicants will be available 5 out of 7 days including weekends but applicants with limited availability will be considered.

We are currently recruiting for Leisure Operations Receptionists to join our Hotels team at Alton Towers Resort. - Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, professional first impression at our Waterpark and Golf attractions.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with enquiries throughout their visit.
- Handling admissions, bookings, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
- Managing key handling procedures and ensuring security processes are followed.
- Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Communicating important guest information to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception environment.
- Ensuring every guest leaves with a positive lasting impression of the Alton Towers Resort.
