We're looking for a hands-on Controls Technician to join our Technical Services team. If you enjoy troubleshooting electrical, automation, or control systems and solving technical challenges, this could be the role for you.

Qualifications & Experience

What You'll Do:

🔧 Inspect, maintain, and repair ride control and electrical systems
🔧 Troubleshoot PLCs, automation equipment, electrical components, and networking systems
🔧 Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on rides and attractions
🔧 Read schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures
🔧 Partner with Ride Maintenance Technicians to ensure attractions operate safely and efficiently
🔧 Document work through our maintenance management system
🔧 Support special events and attraction technology across the park

What We're Looking For:

✔ Electrical, controls, automation, maintenance, industrial, or technical experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Mechanical and electrical aptitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams
✔ Willingness to learn new technologies and systems

Bonus Skills:

PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff)
Industrial networking
Audio/visual systems
IT or networking experience
