What you'll bring to the team
Admissions Host
Location: LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham King Edwards Rd BIRMINGHAM, West Midlands B1 2AA
Contract Type: Seasonal
Do you want to work in the ultimate indoor LEGO® playground? Then we have a Bricktacular opportunity for you! We’re on the lookout for Admissions Hosts to help create the most inspirational and outstanding LEGO play experiences for our visitors.
A day out at a LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is like jumping into the world's biggest box of LEGO® bricks. And working in one is every bit as exciting! First and foremost, you’ll be working on the front-line with our guests as they first access the attraction, selling and checking tickets, giving directions and recommendations and, of course, making sure you are recognising anyone coming for a special visit such as a birthday!
As an Admissions Host you will have the opportunity to make an impact on our guest experience the moment our visitors arrive, as the friendly welcoming face of the attraction!
Our Admissions Hosts will be champions of delivering high quality guest interactions, knowledgeable about the LEGO brand (or willing to learn), and always seeking new ways to enhance our guest KPIs.
This is what we do every day. Our 31,000+ awesome colleagues create and play together to spark the imaginations of children and LEGO® fans of all ages, all around the world. Just imagine being part of this – playing with ideas, creating magical experiences, and learning while growing and building your dream career.
