As Manager, Customer Supply Chain, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence for Mars Accelerator. You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team that partners across supply chain, sales, finance, IT, analytics, and distribution to deliver best-in-class solutions. What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of supply chain experience (preferably customer facing)

• A proven track record of high performance and the qualifications to service key customers within a team environment.

• Experience managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• The ability to be an independent problem-solver with robust leadership skills.

• Proficiency with SAP systems and MS Office, especially Excel

• Up to 20% of travel

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Analytics That Drive Action – Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and help achieve annual savings targets.

• Deliver New Capabilities – Enhance our supply chain solutions to deliver perfect service and introduce innovative tools for our customers.

• Lead Projects – Develop and manage project plans for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, ensuring timely and impactful results.

• Build Partnerships – Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to create mutually beneficial opportunities.

• Champion Customer Engagement – Lead efforts to strengthen customer partnerships, improve program delivery, and drive transportation and cost-saving initiatives.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
