This role will work closely with local Customer Activation Team, Perfect Store Team, Category Managers and Field Sales Managers (or equivalent position according to Sales organization) by delivering support in merchandising and space planning. This role will also contribute to cooperation with merchandising equipment suppliers and co-create local repository of merchandising best practices. This role is responsible for supporting consistent, high quality of shopper confrontation across business models by implementing MW category expertise in the spirit of Customer Centricity. This role is aimed at identifying and developing innovative, winning and cost-efficient merchandising solutions for MW brands.

  • Improve and unify ways of working across Central Europe cluster.

  • Own and manage the MW local budget for permanent display including document flow process according to P2P process (PR/PO creation, Invoices, etc.).

  • Set threshold for permanent displays.

  • Compliance vs thresholds for permanent displays.

  • Provide plan visibility and status on budgeted projects to S&OP cycle when requested (DMRs, PMRs, MBRs).

  • Work with commercial team to establish most efficient and effective procurement solutions.

  • Own the menu card/catalog for permanent display in local market – cataloguing solutions across the cluster and scaling best practice. Ensure that the database and picture catalogue of available merchandising equipment solutions is regularly updated. Deploy standardized solutions where possible.

  • Scaling new display ideas into the menu card/catalog, working with cluster D&E team.

  • Develop winning and innovative merchandising tailored solutions that will maximize conversion, to strengthen MW leading position in the category and superior in-store presence of MW brands, within agreed thresholds.

  • Producing displays & sending to the markets consistent with refurbishment program.

  • Provide local input on the refurbishment program over the next two years.

  • Invest the display budget per customer as necessary (SCM Agenda and Strategy).

  • Develop new display ideas to meet customer/portfolio needs consistently to improve conversion rate for MW brands and achieve mutual sales growth.

  • Co-manage display orders – coordinate proper orders circulation, qualitatively and quantitatively verify ongoing demand, run all orders archive, administer proper documentation, continuously improve the process.

  • Ensure tools & equipment are available for local market execution.

  • Assist in the implementation of local category & merchandising research projects.

  • Work with customers to understand their merchandising needs and identify opportunities, regularly visit assigned retail outlets monitoring the merchandising activities of competitors.

  • Manage stock and deliveries on display items in the central warehouse and communication with Sales – in partnership with Activation Executive where relevant (Local warehouses are managed by sales).

  • Provide input on realistic execution targets for permanent displays (number of displays installed per week, per sales representative).

  • Provide technical support to customers’ business reviews when requested.

  • Preparing yearly PICoS display solutions to support Perfect Store KPIs.
