We are seeking a Category Executive to be a customer advisor focused on the development of the Pet Nutrition category advisor at Walmart Mexico. This role will leverage shopper insights and data analytics to formulate and execute a strategic plan aimed at achieving growth that exceeds market standards within this category, including the construction of planograms.

What are we looking for?

• Marketing, Category Management, Trade Marketing, and Data Analytics professional

• Experience collaborating with Mexican retailers (experience with Walmart desirable)

• Space Planning (Blue Yonder) skills

• Power BI (desirable)

• Strong soft skills, including proactivity, peer and supplier leadership, curiosity and analytical thinking.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support the development of the Pet Nutrition category at Walmart.

• Ensure the correct implementation of the Perfect Store at Walmart.

• Implement and help develop the Category Strategy for Walmart, ensuring it reflects the Global Mars Petcare Category Vision.

• Provide shopper insights, ongoing reporting & scorecarding, portfolio management, and planogramming to Walmart.

• Define the optimal shopper experience (portfolio, layout, siting, space shares) and support consistent execution to accelerate the growth of the pet category, driving a long-term vision for our customers (both internally and externally)
