As a Supply Chain Development Regional Manager, you will work at the intersection of supply chain consulting, solution design, analytics, and commercial strategy, helping some of Maersk’s largest and most strategic customers solve complex supply chain challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will engage with senior supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business leaders to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, sustainability, and competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

• Partner with strategic customers to understand supply chain challenges, opportunities, and transformation priorities.
• Design innovative end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions across transportation, warehousing, distribution, e-commerce, and 4PL services.
• Lead supply chain analysis, business case development, and value proposition design to support major commercial pursuits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, helping shape high-value growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across commercial, product, and operations teams to deliver compelling customer solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership, best practices, and capability development within Maersk's global Supply Chain Development community.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including:

• Supply chain and logistics consulting
• Logistics and 3PL providers
• Supply chain transformation and optimization roles
• Operations strategy and business consulting
• Commercial strategy and customer solutions

You will bring:

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, consulting, operations, or related commercial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing business cases, value propositions, and customer-focused solutions.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced supply chain qualification is advantageous.
