🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Lead Inland First Mile operations to ensure reliable, predictable, and cost-efficient delivery performance across all transportation modes.
Set and drive annual operational targets, using performance metrics and KPIs to monitor service quality and proactively address deviations from product or customer standards.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with CX, Procurement, Finance, Product, HSSE, and CI teams to optimize processes, controls, and standardization.
Build and develop a high-performing Inland Delivery organization, leading managers and teams, attracting and retaining talent, and ensuring capability development aligned with global standards, safety, and local regulations.
Optimize cost to serve and operational capacity, balancing internal resources, GSC, and third-party operations while providing market and customer insights to support growth, retention, and business decisions.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager, leading teams directly.
Strong experience in landside / inland operations.
Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement practices (Green or Black Belt preferred).
Ability to understand, explain, and manage P&L.
Conversational level of English.
