About the role:
We are looking for an Area Head of LCL to lead the Less than Container Load (LCL) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product portfolio across the area. In this role, you will translate regional product strategy into a clear and actionable business plan, driving execution and delivering profitable growth. You will own the P&L, guide product positioning, and enhance competitiveness by optimizing the product offering to meet customer needs. As a key member of the regional product leadership team, you will collaborate cross-functionally while building and leading a high-performing, engaged team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute area business plans to deliver growth targets and strengthen product positioning
- Own and manage P&L performance for LCL and CRM products, ensuring profitable growth
- Define pricing strategies and guide commercial teams to achieve target segment growth
- Drive product performance management and oversee cost-to-serve, including variable and fixed cost control
- Ensure service quality and operational excellence, maintaining customer commitments and process accuracy
- Lead digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and support scalable operations
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product team, driving engagement, performance, and talent development.
Who we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, with deep expertise in LCL products
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs within logistics and supply chain
- Proven experience managing P&L with a clear understanding of performance drivers and profitability levers
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver results
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across commercial, operational, and leadership teams
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and address pain points using data-driven insights.
