• Contribute directly to shaping and embedding a global operational excellence framework

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Maersk Way Operating Model for MCL in close collaboration with the global Maersk Way team
• Establish and govern standards for Operational Excellence across MCL, ensuring consistency and alignment
• Define and track key metrics to measure adoption, maturity, consistency, and performance impact
• Drive the embedding of The Maersk Way across functions, regions, and organizational levels
• Ensure leadership accountability and visibility for adherence to The Maersk Way principles
• Enable frontline adoption through capability-building initiatives and structured learning approaches
• Lead and coach a team, fostering strong ways of working, development, and performance outcomes

What We Are Looking For

Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset - curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.

• Strong experience in operational excellence, transformation, or operating model design in a global organization
• Proven ability to drive cultural and behavioral change across multiple functions and geographies
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing leadership decision-making
• Solid understanding of performance management frameworks, governance models, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, developing teams, and fostering engagement
