We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customs Broker Agent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of global trade and logistics. If you are passionate about customs clearance operations, have a strong understanding of import/export operations, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of customs documentations.
- Manage Customs clearance process.
- Communication with customers and carriers
- Communication with the customs office
- Collaboration with other branches of the company
- Processing of cases in the terminal and customs software (ORIAN)
We are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe you should bring the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in managing customs clearance operations.
- Experience in managing import/export operations is a plus
- Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with ORIAN ERP customs application is an added advantage.
- Willingness to continuous learning.
- Solution oriented, willing to learn and highly responsible and able to create and maintain a good working environment
