Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving service excellence.

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.

  • Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Monitor service performance and escalate issues where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation.

  • Strong customer-facing experience in a service-oriented environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong customer-first approach.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
