Job Description

The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience within the assigned SCM scope, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Handles complex customer accounts and specialized requirements including booking, customs, documentation, legal, and special cargo, while managing high-impact accounts contributing significantly to business volume and revenue.

We are looking for a highly motivated “Customer Experience Consultant” to join our team in supporting one of the world’s best-known brand in managing its Supply Chain. The role and team offer a great opportunity to learn, develop and challenge yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and consistently deliver on expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to create value through Maersk’s integrated solutions.

  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships.

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.

  • Anticipate operational challenges and communicate proactively with stakeholders, offering solutions.

  • Support the implementation of new clients and innovative programs.

  • Manage end-to-end shipment processes in compliance with company procedures.

  • Own customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision and guide others when needed.

We are looking for:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a customer experience or customer service role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Patience and professionalism in handling complex cases.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus.
