About the Role

This role is responsible for driving growth of the CHB business by securing new customers and positioning our brokerage services as a trusted industry partner. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to accelerate pipeline growth, develop competitive proposals, and ensure a seamless transition from deal closure to customer onboarding.

This is a hands-on role that combines business development, sales enablement, customs brokerage expertise, and customer implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute the CHB sales strategy in alignment with commercial leadership.Define and articulate CHB value propositions and key differentiators to customers.
  • Support RFIs/RFQs by developing competitive pricing and tailored solutions.
  • Partner with Sales to identify new opportunities, drive cross-selling, and expand the pipeline.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in customer engagements and strategic discussions.
  • Prepare customer presentations, manage day-to-day client interactions, and support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Participate in key account reviews and maintain strong customer engagement.
  • Lead implementation post-award, ensuring full onboarding readiness prior to go-live (system setup, POA receipt, and cross-functional coordination).
  • Support sales teams with credit applications, client setup, and revenue enablement.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in SFDC.

Experience & Skills

  • Customs Broker’s License preferred; 8–10+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Trade Compliance, and commercial/business development roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CHB products, global supply chains, and brokerage requirements (QBRs, KPIs, reporting).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Technology, and/or Automotive industries strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
