Air Operations Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for cargo flow (inbound and outbound) and accuracy with supporting documents to ensure high level customer satisfaction

Responsible for all activities relating to import and export air shipments.

Activities include but are not limited to;

• Arranging Cargo Transfer at airport

• Creating and sending Delivery Advice

• Bill of Entry Submission

• Customs Inspections for shipments

• Preparing Documents for Sea-Air exports

• Updating daily BOE tracker

• Creation of gate pass

• Managing W/H with cargo positioning and inbound and outbound activities

• Coordinating transporter and drivers

• Handling MOH

• Handling HC at Flower Center /DWC

• Sea-Air Customs inspection and E-seal

• Sea-Air handover and documents handover to Dnata and EK

Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions. Support of customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
