Job Description

Restaurant Marketing Executive

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design—we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Marketing Executive to join our Milan team. In this role, you’ll help us drive growth within the Italian restaurant segment by executing high-impact marketing initiatives for our top partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Italy Marketing team. We focus on driving local growth and customer loyalty through data-led campaigns and deep collaboration with our restaurant partners to ensure Deliveroo remains the platform of choice in the Italian market.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Execute Partner Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop and deliver bespoke marketing strategies for top-tier partners that drive platform growth.

  • Manage Campaign Calendars: Lead the planning and maintenance of the promotional calendar, ensuring partner activities align with local seasonal moments and business priorities.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Brand, Social Media, CRM, and Commercial teams to ensure the seamless and timely execution of all planned activities.

  • Own Performance Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance against benchmarks, providing actionable insights and regular updates to the Marketing Manager.

  • Deliver Partner Insights: Prepare and present comprehensive follow-up reports for key partners, highlighting campaign success and identifying future opportunities for optimisation.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Proven Marketing Expertise: Significant experience in trade or growth marketing, with a track record of supporting the execution of national or local marketing plans.

  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate complex internal and external relationships and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A logical and creative approach to challenges, with a comfort for using data to track performance and inform decisions.

  • Full Professional Fluency in English: Highly skilled in written and spoken English, capable of confidently leading calls and presentations in an international business setting.
