Programme Manager, Enablement

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Programme Manager, Enablement to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as the ‘air traffic control’ for our Commercial teams, managing the landing of new information, marketing campaigns, and internal change programmes to ensure our frontline teams are always ready to excel.

Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Commercial Operations team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Enablement to ensure a coordinated approach to all commercial readiness initiatives, from new product features to global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Own the GTM Roadmap: Manage the commercial readiness roadmap, providing the most up-to-date information on what is launching when and identifying potential timeline clashes or resource trade-offs.

  • Drive Launch Readiness: Run launch meetings with initiative stakeholders and senior leadership, maintaining a clear risk register to ensure impactful changes across Commercial, Care, and Product.

  • Manage Enablement Platforms: Lead the day-to-day governance and content management for our enablement platform, Seismic, ensuring it evolves with the business to provide the right information at the right time.

  • Orchestrate Communications: Manage internal channels (Slack, Email, Intranet) to ensure a consistent tone of voice while project managing the build of our new Communication Orchestration engine.

  • Embed the Voice of the Customer: Capture and embed partner feedback into the GTM process so that new services are launched in a way that truly resonates with the market.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Complex Project Management: Proven ability to progress multiple complex projects in parallel involving cross-functional stakeholders across various markets.

  • Change Management Expertise: Skilled in utilising proven techniques to guide teams through change, ensuring the high adoption of new tools and ways of working.

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to clearly frame complex issues, articulate trade-offs, and recommend solutions while anticipating potential risks.

  • Process Design: Proficiency in mapping end-to-end processes, identifying inefficiencies, and building strong cases for operational change.

  • Stakeholder Influence: A confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas, collaborate across diverse groups, and resolve areas of misalignment or conflict.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using or managing the Seismic enablement platform.

  • Background in B2B marketing operations or content strategy.
