Job Description
Partner Operations Manager
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
We’re looking for a Partner Operations Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us optimise delivery performance for our highest-volume partners, ensuring a seamless experience for customers at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Partner Operations team within the UK & Ireland department. We are a dedicated group focused on improving the end-to-end delivery journey for our largest restaurant and grocery partners in our most mature market.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Optimise Partner Performance: Drive measurable improvements in delivery operations for high-volume partners, identifying bottlenecks and testing scalable solutions.
Bridge Commercial & Ops: Equip our commercial teams with the tools and data-led insights needed to improve site-level performance and partner satisfaction.
Advocate for Partners: Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the "voice of the partner" informs new feature development and lead the internal and external rollout of these tools.
Scale New Growth: Lead the operational launch of new partner sites and the expansion of existing ones, ensuring high performance from day one.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build rigorous operational proposals and lead negotiations with senior internal and external stakeholders to align on shared goals.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to build strong relationships and rally internal and external partners behind complex ideas or operational changes.
Analytical Thinking: Significant experience identifying key data points to make informed decisions and presenting findings in a concise, logical manner.
Project Leadership: A strong track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while maintaining a structured approach to delivery.
Operational Curiosity: An inquisitive mindset that naturally questions the status quo to find more efficient ways of working.
Strategic Communication: The ability to deliver structured, logical messages to senior leadership, showing a deep understanding of how operations impact financial and strategic goals.
