We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of projects, from social media coordination to community engagement, helping us grow our brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Brand & Experience team. We are a creative and fast-paced group dedicated to making Deliveroo the world’s most loved delivery brand. You will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day tasks and contributing to the success of our local marketing efforts.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Support Campaigns: Assist in the planning and organisation of key marketing campaigns, collaborating across the team to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate Social Media: Build monthly content schedules and coordinate filming opportunities with internal teams and external agencies.
Manage Ambassadors: Help manage partnerships with brand ambassadors, including coordination, performance tracking, and planning.
Drive Community Engagement: Interact with our audience by responding to messages and comments, actively seeking ways to increase brand visibility.
Create Content: Support the team with the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple digital channels.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Organisation Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Digital Savvy: A strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
Proactive Mindset: An enthusiastic, "can-do" attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Nice to Have
Experience using content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
Previous experience in a customer-facing or community-focused role.
