Job Description

Rider Marketing & CRM Coordinator

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our Commercial and Marketing teams sit at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and riders worldwide. Within the Rider Marketing team, you will be the voice of Deliveroo to our fleet, ensuring clear, engaging, and effective digital communication across all rider touchpoints. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to influence the future of the gig economy—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Rider Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our team in France. In this role, you will work closely with the Rider Marketing Manager to implement digital communications and lead content strategy across CRM and social media channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will lead projects to improve the effectiveness of our communications, ensuring all content remains consistent with our brand strategy and visual identity. This role is a blend of operational execution and creative strategy.

  • Campaign Execution: Ensure the operational delivery of CRM campaigns, collaborating closely with Operations, local Marketing, and central coordination teams.

  • CRM Project Management: Lead CRM-specific projects by monitoring performance, implementing A/B tests, and constantly seeking ways to improve communication effectiveness.

  • Content & Social Strategy: Work independently to develop rider-focused content strategies and design the communication roadmap across our various social media channels.

  • Process Optimization: Proactively analyse existing communication processes and suggest structural improvements to increase speed and impact.

  • Brand Stewardship: Act as a guardian for the Deliveroo brand, ensuring the visual identity guidelines are respected across all rider-facing assets.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate brings a mix of digital marketing expertise and a highly organised, "can-do" attitude:

  • Relevant Experience: Solid experience in Digital Marketing, CRM project management, or Community Management, with a significant background in social media strategy.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialisation in Marketing, Digital, Corporate Communication, or Advertising.

  • Linguistic Proficiency: You are fluent in both French and English, capable of working across local and global teams.

  • Analytical & Creative: You have the ability to dive into performance data to suggest improvements while maintaining a creative spark for content development.

  • Autonomy: A self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple projects with high attention to detail and responsiveness.

Why Join Us?

At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.

We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:

  • 🔧 Make a visible impact every day: Your work directly improves the experience and engagement of our riders.

  • 🌱 Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment: Work close to the market with autonomy, pace, and real responsibility.

  • 🧠 Build a career, not just a role: Stretch yourself, develop new skills, and grow as the business evolves.

  • 🌎 Deliver together in an inclusive culture: Collaborative, values-driven teams that support how you work best.
