About the Role:
The partner manager team is responsible for the management and development of partners within their respective regions with the express intent of driving revenue with their assigned partners in region. This specific role in the DACH region will be focused primarily on managing and developing the regional and boutique partners. You will also be involved regional and opportunity level execution with some GSIs.
What You Will Do:
Manages named partners in region to assist sales team in meeting and exceeding business targets, inclusive of Regional SI’s, GSI’s, Resellers
Selectively recruits, onboards and develops partners in assigned territory
Executes go to market plans with managed partners, runs account mapping sessions, oversees onboarding, pipeline development & marketing plans
Articulates the Camunda vision, technology and value proposition to current and prospective partners
Partners with sales and sales leadership on driving effective collaboration in sales engagements with partners
What You Will Bring:
Minimum of 7-10 years field sales experience in Channel or direct sales capacity
Demonstrated repeated success leading partner engagement plans to consistently exceed revenue targets
Knowledge of the sales cycle, process and methods that apply to the partner sales process and a joint go to market strategy
Strong analytical skills with ability to manage Salesforce reporting, pipeline management
Ability to travel if needed
Nice to Haves:
Background in intelligent automation or BPM market space or related area in services industry, with International experience a plus
Strong executive presence and a proven ability to lead and facilitate executive interactions with partners
Excellent abilities to influence, build relationships and credibility across a diverse set of both internal & external cross-functional stakeholders
Strong and proven negotiation skills
Experience in selling value driven outcomes with software or solutions

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United Kingdom: £127,400 to £209,600
Germany: to €131,100 to €216,900
Singapore: S$252,000 to S$378,000
If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
