Location: Warton – 3-4 days a week on site

Job Description:

As a Technical Integration Engineer, you will have responsibility for the end-to-end integration of the AWC WP2 solution through contract mobilisation and delivery, ensuring compliance with requirements and technical standards. This will involve working closely with Service Delivery Units, FalconWorks teams, and external suppliers to meet customer needs.

Core duties:

  • Contributing solution design, integration testing, evaluation, and acceptance of hardware and software subsystems at supplier and customer sites
  • Collaborating with Systems Project Management and Procurement teams to align deliverables with programme schedules
  • Supporting solution design, delivery, and compliance across BAE Systems elements
  • Assisting in tracking engineering maturity for assurance reviews and liaise with BAESSA teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates

Essential Skills:

  • Technical Management or Technical Integration of complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Requirements Development and Solution Design
  • Early Phase (pre-contract) technical proposal development
  • Engineering Management and Technical Artefacts Development including the support and management of green star reviews, design reviews and management / context plans
  • Collective Engineering Training experience

The FalconWorks OdySSE team:

FalconWorks OdySSEy team provides synthetic training solutions to a range of customers across the UK, Middle East and Europe. This role will provide key technical lead by driving agile collaboration in a fast-moving environment. The role will allow you to enhance your skills and experience in off-platform systems engineering by adopting new ideas and challenging the outdated ways of working.
