Role Description:

This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering training plans that support SQEP requirements and business capability needs. • Experience using training and workforce management systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar tools, alongside strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and operations environments, including an understanding of how training and capability development support business and operational objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships, provide guidance, challenge constructively and influence successful training outcomes.
