At BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, our Defence Innovation & Technology Group tackles some of the most complex and mission-critical challenges in the defence and national security space.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced RF / Analogue Design Engineer to support the development of advanced high-power and high-energy subsystems, including within innovative directed energy programmes.

You will work at the forefront of technology, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and partners to deliver pioneering solutions in a highly specialised environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Experienced RF Engineer with strong practical and theoretical knowledge
  • Solid background in analogue circuit design
  • Proven experience in design engineering within complex systems

Desirable Requirements

  • Ideally you will have experience working with high power and/or high voltage systems, alternatively be very willing to learn
  • Understanding of energy storage technologies (e.g., capacitive systems, pulsed power, batteries)
