Job Description:
You’ll deliver IT and data solutions that support strategic and operational goals, improving data accuracy, governance, and insight-driven decision-making. You will also maintain data architecture and ensure the data is accessible, secure, and effectively managed in line with policies. This role requires you to work autonomously to resolve complex issues, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, innovative outcomes.
Core duties:
- Apply data analysis, manipulation, and visualisation techniques (using BI tools) to create reusable insights and reports
- Present data and findings clearly in formats tailored to different audiences
- Analyse and visualise data to identify trends and generate meaningful organisational insights
- Provide recommendations to solve complex challenges and support strategic and operational decisions
- Support data lifecycle management, including upgrades, maintenance, archiving, and compliance with data policies
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in data analysis
- Database development, SQL and ETL experience
- Strong ability to present complex data through various tools, including Microsoft packages, SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI
- Experience analysing large, complex datasets across multiple source systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including dashboard development

Join a growing team of 15 where strong analytical skills are key to expanding HR capabilities and delivering insights that support the wider business agenda. This role suits a people‑focused individual who enjoys working with complex data to inform impactful decisions, translating detailed analysis into clear, digestible insights. You’ll have opportunities for progression, alongside ongoing professional and technical development, while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders across the business. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
