Technical Data Supplier Manager for Cabin & Cargo (d/f/m)

Your location

You will be working at the largest German production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support a Portfolio Team in managing the Supplier Technical Data requirements with the Suppliers and internal Airbus Customers including Authoring, Engineering, Procurement, Quality.
  • Coordinating and following up on the delivery planning of technical data with suppliers and the Customer Services Program organization.
  • Managing internal and external supplier data queries to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Assisting suppliers in delivering on-time and on-quality while driving continuous performance improvements.
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with both suppliers and customers.
  • Supporting the end-to-end application of the Technical Data Requirements List (TDRL) process in interface with the Design Office and authoring teams.


Desired skills and qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Initial experience or a strong interest in project, data & stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (EASA/FAA) and aircraft Cabin & Cargo systems (BFE/SFE).
  • Familiarity with aviation standards such as ATA iSpec or S1000D is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and evolve within a transnational environment.
  • English at a negotiation level is required; German at a minimum level of A2 is preferred.
  • Willingness to undertake irregular business travel worldwide.
