You will join, for a temporary mission, a dynamic Talent Acquisition team responsible for recruiting the future innovators and leaders of Airbus. In this role, you won't just be filling vacancies-you will be enabling Airbus to meet the challenges of tomorrow and expand into ground-breaking new markets.

What You Will Do:

As you grow into this role, you will be supported to take on the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate & Advise: Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's unique needs and help build compelling job profiles.
  
• Innovate in Sourcing: Learn and define the best sourcing strategies, utilizing modern channels and social media to attract top talent (both active and passive).
  
• Build the Brand: Create attractive, inclusive, and diversity-friendly job adverts that showcase the Airbus Purpose, Values, and Mission.
  
• Assess Potential: Screen applications and utilize the latest recruitment tools and technologies to spot high-potential candidates.
  
• Interview & Select: Organize and participate in candidate interviews, actively contributing to the selection and decision-making process.
  
• Engage with the Future: Support our Early Career strategy by acting as an ambassador for Airbus at university and school events.
  
• Go Global: Participate in innovative, cross-divisional, and transnational HR projects through our Employment Communities of Practice.
  

What You Bring to the Team:

We aren't looking for decades of experience; we are looking for potential, passion, and a desire to learn!

• Education & Experience: A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, accompanied by some initial exposure to recruitment (internships, academic projects, or 1-2 years of junior experience).
  
• Digital Savvy: A strong interest in modern sourcing tools, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and digital recruitment trends.
  
• Industry Curiosity: While not mandatory, an interest in the aerospace, technical, or engineering sectors is a big plus!
  
• Soft Skills: You are a proactive networker with stellar communication skills, a natural problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  
• Languages: Negotiation level in both Spanish and English is mandatory, as you will be working in a highly international setting .
