STAGE 2027 - Stagiaire en Gestion du Système de Management SST ISO 45001 et Déploiement BMS (F/H)

• Déploiement de solutions SI et archivage EHS : participer activement à la mise en œuvre et au suivi opérationnel de la solution logicielle d'archivage dédiée aux activités Environnement, Santé & Sécurité (EHS) sur tout le périmètre Airbus.
• Intégration normative et processus BMS : accompagner la déclinaison technique des exigences de la norme ISO 45001 au sein des processus métier et auprès des représentants des organisations Airbus.
• Optimisation du Système de Management (OHSMS) : contribuer à l'amélioration de composants stratégiques du système, notamment la cartographie des processus et la gestion des parties intéressées.
• Gouvernance et coordination transversale : faciliter la préparation des livrables analytiques et coordonner les actions pour le Comité de Pilotage SMSST à l'échelle de l'entreprise.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine du Management de la Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement (QSE / EHS) ou du Management de Projet pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences techniques (Hard Skills) suivantes :

• Maîtrise des standards de système de management (expertise ISO 45001 exigée ; ISO 9001 ou ISO 14001 appréciées)
• Gestion de la gouvernance des données EHS, archivage et modélisation de processus
• Pilotage de projets transverses industriels et conduite du changement
• Excellente maîtrise de la Suite Google et forte appétence pour les outils informatiques

Vous vous reconnaissez dans ces qualités (Soft Skills) :

• Fortes capacités relationnelles pour l'engagement des parties prenantes (Stakeholder management)
• Excellente communication écrite et orale

An internship opportunity titled "Intern in Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) ISO 45001 & BMS Implementation (m/f)" has just opened at Airbus Commercial on its Blagnac site.

You will join an international team within the "HHY EHS Performance and Improvement" department in charge of the strategic and operational implementation of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) across the company. This internship will consist of: providing operational and methodological support for deploying a cross-functional

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) archiving software solution and cascading ISO 45001 regulatory requirements into Airbus Business Management System (BMS) processes.

This internship will start in February / March 2027 for a duration of 6 months. This position requires a security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• EHS Archiving Solution Deployment: Support the operational implementation and follow-up of the software archiving solution dedicated to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities across Airbus.
• ISO 45001 Integration & BMS Alignment: Assist in cascading the ISO 45001 standard requirements into Airbus Business Processes and support organizations representatives.
• OHSMS Optimization: Contribute to the development and enhancement of selected Management System components, including process mapping and Interested Parties management.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate the preparation of analytical deliverables, track actions, and coordinate materials for the company-wide OHSMS Steering Committee.

Competences & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a diploma at the Master's degree level (Bac+5) in the field of QSE / EHS Management or Project Management for an internship of 6 months.

You have the following technical knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):

• In-depth knowledge of management system standards (ideally ISO 45001; ISO 9001/14001 are a plus)
• EHS data governance, archiving solutions, and process mapping mastery
• Cross-functional project management and change management expertise
• Proficiency in Google Suite / IT tools and a strong interest in EHS archiving

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational rigor
