Vous êtes actuellement en fin d’études de Master (Bac+4 ou Bac+5), issu(e) d'une École de Commerce, d'une École d’Ingénieur ou d'un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

• Compétences techniques :

• Compétences Analytiques (data analytics) : Manipulation de jeux de données, synthèse d'informations opérationnelles complexes et traduction en rapports visuels clairs (maîtrise d'Excel avancé indispensable, idéalement Power Query).
• Visualisation des données: Création de tableaux de bord de suivi (ex: Power BI ou Tableau).
• Méthodologies Agile/Scrum : Connaissance des bases du fonctionnement agile (sprints, backlog, daily stand-up) pour la gestion des améliorations continues.
• Gestion des services informatiques (ITIL) : Une compréhension de base des principes ITIL (gestion des incidents, gestion des changements) est un énorme plus pour quelqu'un qui travaille sur des tickets et des gouvernances de changements.

• Soft Skills :

• Confiant(e) dans la présentation aux équipes,
• Animation de réunions
• Capacité à se connecter avec les autres et plusieurs parties prenantes et à établir des relations de travail solides.

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « Internship title Digital Finance & IT Operations Analyst (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus Commercial located in site location. You will join the "Center of Excellence ERP Finance" department in charge of delivering and maintaining the digital solution for Finance.

In this internship, you will analyze operational incident data, build tracking tools, and drive long-term process improvements. You will work closely with the transversal topics and performance leader to strengthen governance and ensure high operational standards across the department as defined by the Digital function of Airbus.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2027 to June 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Incident Inflow Analysis: Monitor, categorize, and analyze incoming support incidents across the Digital Finance ecosystem to identify recurring trends and operational bottlenecks.
• Incident Management Cockpit: Design, build, and maintain a centralized dashboard/cockpit to visualize incident metrics, enable root cause analysis (RCA), and monitor long-term corrective action plans implementation with operational teams.
• Change Control Board (CCB) Governance: Implement, maintain, and enforce the governance model for the Control Change Board. Prepare and animate regular review sessions with technical and business teams to evaluate proposed changes. Ways of Working Optimization: Identify gaps in current support workflows and propose actionable solutions to streamline cross-departmental operations and collaboration.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are currently completing your Master's degree (final year of a 4 or 5-year university program) in a Business School, Engineering School, or an equivalent field.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

• Analytical Skills (Data Analytics): Proficiency in manipulating datasets, synthesizing complex operational information, and translating data into clear, actionable visual reports (Advanced Excel is essential; Power Query is preferred).
• Data Visualization: Experience in creating tracking dashboards (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
• Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile fundamentals (sprints, backlog, daily stand-ups) to manage continuous improvements.
• IT Service Management: A basic understanding of IT Service Management principles (incident and change management) is a significant asset for managing tickets and change governance.

- Soft Skills :

• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Confident in presenting to teams, facilitating meetings, ability to connect with others and several stakeholders and building strong working relationships.
• Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and naturally curious, with a strong team spirit and a desire to learn within a digital environment.
• Change management skills
