Job Description:

As a SAP specialist the candidate should have very good ABAP with S/4 HANA and Fiori/UI5 skills. He/she should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing.
The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.

The candidate will join the Engineering & PLM team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in ABAP and UI5 Implementation.
At least 2 years of experience in SAP UI5 application development.
At least 2 years of experience in working with ABAP on Hana.
Experience in SAPUI5 controls, Fiori Elements and Fiori architecture.
Experience in SAP oData service creation and consumption in SAP UI5.
Exposure in HTML5, JQuery, Java Script, JSON, SQL, CDS and XML.
Proficient on working on SAP ECC and S/4 Hana.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Customer facing skills.
Working experience in the SAFE framework.
Basic understanding of technical architecture concepts such as security by design, user and access management etc.
Ability to design and write an architecture document according to enterprise standards.
Experience with Solution Manager Change Management (CHARM).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple partners, in good team spirit.
Creative, curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvement.
Good to have experience working on WebIDE, Eclipse etc..

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solutions as per the requirements based on development guidelines.
Understand technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape
Apply/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
Perform deep dive root cause analysis and performance improvement
Perform source code auditing.
Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
Ability to understand the end to end life cycle of the project
Ability to work proactively and collaborate with multi-function teams throughout the project life cycle.
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Customer facing skill. Working with European customers
Apply SAP UI5 , Abap best practices, golden rules and architect recommendation
Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery
Provide SAP functional and technical expertise within the team.
