An opportunity of recruitment has arisen within A400M Manufacturing Engineering Department , for Flight Line and Delivery Center area San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES:
The jobholder will collaborate with the Flight Line & Delivery Phase Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team in the next activities:
• Time calculation and Work Preparation Golden Rules in accordance with applicable processes.

• Develop, implement and support ground test procedures and processes to fulfill requirements from Engineering, Quality and Health&Safety and Environment.

• Create / update routings / BoM / SOI taken into account shop floor needs and design solutions
• Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,...) requirements for creation or modification and Specify requirements to be covered by the test means and tools.

• Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team

• Manage key / recurrent work prep issues escalated by the Production Team / Tech shop floor support
• Communicate directly and by a physical participation in Production Team routines
• Support shop floor continuous improvement by providing work prep expertise when issues not managed at shop floor level by technical shop floor support

• Provide shop floor support during the ground test.
• Support evaluating industrial impacts of modifications

• Accountable for Support configuration management
• Run and support P-FMEA/FMEA
• Role of ME within supply chain management guaranteeing full consistency and effectivity of data (eg: Missing part, stock, Material Requirement Planning impacts)

Inputs: General manufacturing process. Company´s qualified processes/standards, designed models and associated documentation (list of material´s, design specification, test requirements, mock-up...), technical and human capabilities. Requirements from the analyses of the system (system engineering specification).
Outputs: Technical instructions (testing program, tool and process) for ground test in manufacturing and flight line process.

SKILLS:
• Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Around 3 years of experience in A400M aircraft
• High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
• Advanced level in English.
• Advanced level in Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to propose new ideas.
