• Education: Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Industrial, or a related discipline) or equivalent technical background. Related master's degree preferred
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in aircraft manufacturing, flight line operations, delivery centre activities, or shop floor production coordination. Proven track record leading multifunctional teams or sub-contractors in complex industrial environments. (10 years of demonstrable experience)
• Soft skills: High leadership capability, conflict resolution, negotiation, cross-cultural communication, adaptability to work in a resident/international environment, and willingness to undertake a 2 to 3-year expatriation to Vadodara, India.
• Languages: Advanced / Negotiation level in English.
• Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aircraft assembly and delivery processes, SQCDP / KPI performance management, Health & Safety standards, and FOD prevention methodology. PMP certification preferred . Office software skills
• Valuable / Nice to have: Previous experience within the C295 programme or light and medium transport aircraft (LTA) Final Assembly Line (FAL) / Flight Line environments, as well as experience working with international industrial partners.
