Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SLS expert (f/m) to join our FALs Service based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team in charge of support FAL’s Toulouse. As part of the FALs & CLs Industrial Support Team, you will be involvedin the management and monitoring of risk assessments aimed at controlling and reducing all risks inherent in the activities of the service.

Your challenges :
- Organize occupational risk assessments related to the sector's activities.
- Participate in these risk assessments.
- Contribute to defining action plans for mitigating identified risks.
- Provide regular progress reports to the manager (deputy delegate).
- Implement all necessary actions to control risks and maintain the safety of personnel within the department.
- Follow up until the prevention department validates the completion of the actions.

- The Occupational Health and Safety Specialist will possess specific formal qualifications directly related to their specialization and will be recognized for their expertise, both internally and externally.
- Stakeholder management is a key responsibility. In this capacity, they will advise the department manager on the categorization, elimination, substitution, or mitigation of risks, ensuring full compliance with external requirements (legal, management system standards, etc.) and with the internal HSE policy and management system.
- They will ensure that each department implements appropriate technical risk controls for specific activities, both collectively and individually.
- They will define safe work processes, procedures, methods, etc., and ensure their full integration into the internal HSE management system.
