SUMMARY

Facility manager is in charge of office facilities management and administrative operations, including projects, suppliers, budget and compliance, to maintain an efficient, functional and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manager for facilities improvement
  • Responsible for the overall management of the Offices, focusing on maintaining an efficient, functional work environment and ensuring proper maintenance of the facilities
  • Office Administration: travel process management, develop intra-office communication protocols, streamline administrative procedures (e.g. office inventory control) and staff supervision
  • Manage suppliers (housekeeping, reception, security, maintenance, admin, etc)
  • Address operational and administrative issues
  • Provide recommendations and reports on facilities status
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve general office, admin operations
  • Be the focal point for Building Owner’s representative
  • Manage facilities and admin budget, ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Implementation of Environmental Management: Ensure site waste, energy and water management is handled in accordance with company standards and local legislation
  • Space Management: Optimize space utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity, via proactive planning and continuous review
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
  • Close collaboration with Workplace Health and Safety Manager
  • Close collaboration with Security Manager
  • Manage or eliminate foreseeable risks related to the workplace and recommend remediation measures

Academic/Educational and other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Proficient in Thai and English (verbal and writing)

Personal & Interpersonal Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of professional working experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
  • Project and Team Management skills
  • Service Oriented
  • High level organization and time management skills, ability to handle a complex, varied workload
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as result oriented attitude
  • High dependable and trustworthy
  • Proficient in MS office or G-suite
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Previous facility or Project manager experience
  • Previous supplier management experience
