Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Experienced Human and Organizational Factors Specialist (f/m) to join our Human and Organizational Factors (HOF) department based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team driving the development, implementation and maturation (D/F/M) of Human and Organizational Factors.
As part of the methods, tools and data department, you will be involved in ensure an efficient cooperation with Airbus HOF network.
Your challenges:
- Design fit to Human in manufacturing
- Reduction of non-quality (RC, product safety, customers satisfaction)
- Ensure safe and efficient Human-Industrial environment
- Reduction of production recurring costs,
- Better usability, acceptance change, time to deploy (avoiding project failure...)
- Develop capabilities to measure Human-Machine interaction efficiency
- Users involvement: users’ needs and feedback considered on the process
Your profile:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex HOF & ergonomics concepts into practical solutions.
- Very strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and overall hierarchy levels up to the Excom.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. (French, German, Spanish are an advantage)
- Familiarity with aviation safety regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and safety management systems (SMS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
