AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October .

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

  • Participation in the various phases of the V-model (requirements, design, implementation, verification, and validation) for different subsystems of an Earth Observation Satellite part of ESA Copernicus Project, currently in production phase.
  • Co-engineering for the development of test specifications that ensure the proper verification of applicable technical requirements through the test validation method.
  • Support for verification and validation activities, including the preparation and execution of test plans.
  • Contribute to the coordination, preparation, and execution of the appropriate setup for planned tests.
  • Actively participate in the development of test procedures and the coding, debugging and validation of automated test sequences in a simulated environment.
  • Actively participate in the execution of tests on prototypes or flight software/hardware.
  • Contribute to the generation of test result reports and provide support in the investigation of detected anomalies.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and project management teams, including interface with transnational teams across the company
  • Document progress, results, and lessons learned throughout the development cycle.
  • Submit regular reports on project status and technical findings.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineer, Aerospace Engineer or Telecom Engineer.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English (B2); French would be a plus.
  • Knowledge in SW programming (any basic language: C/C++, java, TCL, python ...).
  • Familiar with different OS (Windows, Unix, ...).

  • Use of laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, probes, spectrum analyzers...).
  • Pro-activity and autonomy for activities leadership. Team working ability.
  • Able to work in an integrated AIT Team, autonomously in a proactive and responsible manner.
  • Able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
  • Able to work in an organized and ordered manner complying with the Company AIT, Quality and H&S standards.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
