AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain- #Discover II 2026/2027 Starting date 5 th October 2026 until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
Within the dynamic environment of the Air Power Business Unit Portfolio, you will take on a fully transversal role. You will help us transform the way we handle portfolio management data and reporting.
Tasks to be carried out by the student:
-Support the digitalization of current portfolio management tools within Air Power, You will specifically focus on enhancing and modernizing the following key assets:
- CHORD: Developing scripts and automations to optimize its current functionality and data handling within the R&D projects portfolio.
- Integrated Product Roadmap: Evolve the current IPR structure by streamlining its data flows and ensuring accurate, real-time integration with R&D Project Progress reporting.
- All-In-One Project Progress Reporting: Transforming the current reporting structure into a fully digital, efficient, and interconnected R&D projects tracking system.
- Design and develop software solutions to ensure seamless interconnectivity between different portfolio management applications.
- Assist in Portfolio Data Analytics, extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboard KPIs to support strategic decision-making across the division.
Knowledge to be acquired by the student:
- Into practice development: Learn how to translate university coding skills into professional, scalable, and secure corporate software development.
- Business Acumen: Understand the operations of an aerospace Portfolio Management office and how IT solutions solve real business challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop transversal communication skills by interacting with diverse teams across all Air Power Programme Units.
Specify the tools to be used:
- Software development using Google Apps Script / JavaScript and other relevant languages.
- Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Looker Studio for data visualization and dashboards.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Computer Engineering (Ingeniería Informática) or a closely related field.
- Level B2 English.
- General knowledge in basic software development, database structuring
