Approach to inclusion
We deeply value each of our employees and are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered. As an international company, we recognise and celebrate the richness that diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences bring to our global team. We believe that this diversity drives our innovation and success. JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) is woven into many aspects of the Peak:
- Recruiting & Hiring - Interview panels are put together with attention paid to creating a diverse panel. Our job descriptions are carefully written to ensure inclusive language and format.
- Supplier Selection - We keep an eye out for suppliers that are minority owned and prioritise using them where the offerings are the same.
- Community Engagement - We encourage our employees to volunteer locally, or through a platform that curates volunteering opportunities for them (Matchable).
- Remote Work Accommodations - Being fully remote allows us to hire employees with a diverse range of needs, whether that's assistive technology or specialised office equipment.
- Flexible Hours - Our flexible approach to working hours provides opportunities for people who may otherwise struggle with a typical 9 - 5 job
Flexible working at Peak PEO
At Peak PEO we will always be on the cutting edge of progressive working practices, we have been working remotely since 2018, before it was cool. We moved to a 4 day week in February 2023, one of the first companies in the UK to do so.
People's work life balance is the top priority here, if there's something anyone needs to do at home, just do it, don't even ask. Full trust and personal responsibility is given to all team members, with this they can make judgements on how best to spend their time.
We're all adults, with personal dreams and goals outside of work, and Peak will never stand in the way of people finding pleasure in them.
Striving for a perfect work/life balance since 2018. Our business facilitates remote flexible working, and we live it here. 🙌
What Employees like about Peak PEO

People & Community
Everyone is so lovely and the flexibility is amazing! This company really is "people-first" centered and this extends into each and every one of it's policies. It is honestly the best place to work, truly.

Purpose
Peak is the perfect employer for me currently. I have a young family so need flexibility, understanding and policies that not just support, but encourage us to put family first. And Peak delivers that in spades.
In our line of work (global employment), it's important for us to lead from the front, so I love that we are vocal and pushing a progressive agenda.

Working Environment
Peak is the best employer I have ever worked for. Fully remote, Work from anywhere, 4day work week, good pay, complete trust in employee autonomy. Brilliant, transparent leadership with a clear vision of where the company is going, and how we are going to get there (people-first, purpose-driven, business for good). I literally cannot think of a better company to work for, when you consider the benefits of improved work-life balance and trust that the managers have in their remote employees.

Purpose
I like working for a company who live what they claim and are so focused on business for good and it shows in their attitude to the work environment, customers, employees and the planet.

Working Environment
Switching to a 4-day work week has genuinely been one of the best changes.
At first, I thought it would just mean squeezing five days of work into four however what I didn’t expect was how much better I’d feel overall — mentally, physically, and even professionally.
Having that extra day every week has been a game changer. It’s not just “a day off.” It’s a day to reset. A day to pursue personal projects. A day to rest without the Sunday scaries creeping in.

Inclusion
Working at Peak has transformed my work life balance. I’m able to put life first and find ways to make work fit around it. A game changer for me and my family!

Purpose
Peak is an amazing place to work, and it's progressive nature comes from the top down. Working for a company has good business at its core is inspiring.

Purpose
Peak PEO lives and breathes it's values, progressive policies, and culture through every aspect of the team. I'm deeply proud to be a part of it.
