Store Manager Reading

As a Store Manager, you'll bring our values to life through a team of 5 to 15 colleagues, creating an environment where people thrive and customers feel valued.

You'll set the standard for retail excellence, leading by example and putting the customer at the heart of every decision. Through inspiring leadership, coaching and support, you'll build a high-performing, motivated team that loves what they do and delivers exceptional experiences every day.

You'll take ownership of your store's performance, using data, insight and strong commercial judgement to drive results while creating a culture where colleagues can grow and succeed.

Travel is a key part of this role, including visits to other stores and attendance at wider team meetings.

• Experience working within key compliance frameworks, including Health & Safety, cash handling, FCA requirements, security, stock management, refunds and discounts.
