About the role

Are you ready to take the next step in your payroll career? We’re looking for a Payroll Co-ordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team, supporting the payroll processing for over 10,000 colleagues across our Support Office, Stores, and Distribution Centre.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll, handling complex calculations, and supporting your peers with coaching and guidance. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, work collaboratively, and make a real impact in a business that puts people first.

  • Ensuring compliance with NMW and payroll legislation
  • Collaborating with Payroll Advisors to coach and support Payroll Assistants
  • Acting as a first point of contact for complex payroll queries
  • Producing business reports and maintaining efficient processes

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Trustworthy and confident handling confidential data

Desirable:

  • CIPP Payroll Technician qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of current payroll legislation
  • Experience with SAP payroll systems
