If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a team environment, our Altrincham Vets for Pets practice has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Client Care Advisor.
This is a client facing role that combines both front of house and administrative responsibilities, playing a key part in delivering an excellent patient and client experience. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in front of house reception and call handling, ideally within a veterinary or medical environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll be proactive, resilient, able to use your initiative, and remain calm under pressure. For the right candidate, this role could be recruited at Senior Client Care Advisor level, depending on experience.
You will be confident in managing busy diaries and appointment systems, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word), as well as digital practice management systems (or similar platforms). Strong written communication and email management skills are also essential for this role.

Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
Your great client service during a client’s visit will make sure that their absolute satisfaction is given, and that the client leaves knowing that they have received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit.
You will greet each client and offer support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.
