Job Description

Are you passionate about travel, culture, and creating memories that last a lifetime? Join our team of Sales & Excursions Reps and inspire our guests through local knowledge, storytelling, and experiences.

If you have an EU passport, are willing to relocate for the duration of the summer season, and speak Polish plus English, then keep on reading! !


ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Summer contracts available in Türkiye and Tunisia.
  • 42 working hours, and 1,5 days off per week

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Become the local expert, passionately showcasing the best of our destinations, including culture, history, and sustainability.
  • Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs.
  • Escort excursions in our destinations, providing engaging commentary, support, and service along the way.
  • Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use the TUI App and website, ensuring a smooth booking journey, from the moment they step foot at the airport.
  • Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create.
  • Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact while travelling.

ABOUT YOU

  • A true people person who loves sharing positivity and connecting with international guests.
  • Enthusiastic about culture, travel, and sustainability, with a passion for showing guests the best of our destinations.
  • Willing to learn the digital tools and product knowledge required to provide outstanding service.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative - thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Fully conversational in Polish plus English.
  • Driving license is mandatory.
